It's quiet easy ..... best way is to print out this page and have a quick manual for all steps.
HOW TO USE THIS SITE IN 4 STEPS (READ THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING):
STEP-1:
To register on this site:
Choose the upper menu button "STEP-1 - USER LOGIN" and then click on the bottom the small word "REGISTER" as shown in the following picture.
Enter your full real name in the field "Name" e.g. Jack Smith
Enter a login-name of your choice in the field "Username" e.g. JackSmith1567
Enter your e-mail address in the field "E-mail" e.g.
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Enter and repeat a password of your choice in the next fields.
Immediately an e-mail will be sent to you automatically!
Click to the confirmation link in this email to activate your account!
Now you can login on this site and STEP-2, STEP-3 and STEP-4 will appear in the upper menu!
IMPORTANT:
Upper and lower case characters are recognized!
STEP-2:
In STEP2 - select your entry form: Either TRIERENBERG SUPER CIRCUIT or SPECIAL THEMES CIRCUIT
- as shown in the following picture.
Fill in the entry form(s) - be careful like ever - and send the filled in entry form by clicking the button "SEND....." to us.
(If you forgot the entry fee information - have a look to them before you fill in the entry form)
Repeat this, if you like, to send more entry form(s) to us. Either because you are entering both circuits
and/or because you are sending a club/group entry consisting of several participants.
STEP-3:
In STEP3 - select your payment method:
A) PAYPAL in US$
B) PAYPAL manually
C) Send us the entry fee by post.
Choose your method as shown in the following picture.
PAYPAL:
If you have a paypal account (best way) or want to pay with your credit card use the PAYPAL method and fill out the fields.
NOTE: If the entry fee amount is incorrect maybe some or all images you uploaded to us will be deleted.
Entry Fee Amount: Use integer values without decimals eg. 55
NOTE:
IF YOUR BROWSER DOES NOT SUPPORT AND EXECUTE JAVA-SCRIPT AND COOKIES ARE DISABLED IT WONT WORK CORRECT!
IN THAT CASE JUST USE PAYPAL YOURSELF AND TRANSFER THE CORRECT ENTRY FEE TO

STEP-4:
In STEP-4 - Now you are able to upload your digital files!
To leave the overview and to go to your own gallery - your UPLOAD-GALLERY - click "to go to my gallery for this contest (upload files)" as shown in the following picture.
It's quiet easy here!
You’ll see an overview of uploaded pictures and the button "NEW PICTURE" to upload a new one as shown in the following picture.
Fill in the picture title and choose the right category like you usually do when filling in the entry form as shown in the following picture.
IMPORTANT:
Do not enter special characters like ."-öä€... - enter a valid a name like: SpezialNaturPicture Number 1
Be careful and check your entries here - no change is possible after upload!
Then select the path to the file on your computer and press the "UPLOAD" button and wait till the UPLOAD-MESSAGE is shown:
IMPORTANT FOR UPLOAD LIMITS (MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM):
Maximum size of a single picture to be uploaded: 8MB (7.812,50 KB) - BUT not less than 2MB, cause maybe the picture is printed!
If the files is larger than 8MB it does not work - try it once again with a downgraded file.
Your filename should be the same like your picture title and only upload .JPG files -> other files types are not accepted!
The upload speed depends on your local connection speed and can take a few seconds up to minutes per JPG-file.
Our server is powerfull enough to manage thausands of uploads at the same time.
AFTER UPLOAD YOUR FILES close your browser/this site or choose STEP-1 and press button "LOGOUT" as shown in the following picture.
It is possible to login once again and check your own gallery uploads.
